3. Where the information is stored
Inquiries are stored as records in the website database (Supabase / PostgreSQL). Access is restricted to authenticated Vertex Infotech administrators through row-level security policies. Public visitors can submit an inquiry but cannot read stored inquiries.
4. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement. Confirm the exact retention period before publishing.
5. Third-party services
This website loads fonts and a CSS framework from public content delivery networks, and stores form submissions with our database provider. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site.
