Mobile App Development

Cross-platform applications that feel native — quick screens, obvious navigation, sensible offline behaviour and a release process that does not stall at store submission.

Scope

What is included

Apps designed around how people actually hold a phone. Everything below is part of the engagement unless we agree to cut it.

Cross-platform from one codebaseOne team, one codebase, both stores — rather than paying twice and drifting apart.
Offline-aware behaviourThe app degrades sensibly on a bad connection instead of showing a spinner forever.
Authentication and secure APIsToken handling, refresh, secure storage and certificate validation done properly.
Push notificationsSet up with opt-in handling and a way for you to send them without a developer.
Store submissionListings, screenshots, privacy declarations and review responses handled by us.
Update pipelineVersioning and release process so shipping an update is routine, not an event.

How we work

The workflow, step by step

7 stages from first conversation to running system. Each one ends with something you can see and sign off, so progress is never a matter of trust.

  1. 01

    Scope the flows

We list the screens and the journeys that matter — sign up, the core action, the paid action — and cut everything that is not version one.

You get: Flow map and a version-one scope
  2. 02

    Prototype

A clickable prototype so navigation problems are caught before code exists.

You get: Interactive prototype you can tap through
  3. 03

    Build core

The main journey end to end first, so the riskiest part is proven early.

    You get: Installable test build
  4. 04

    Integrate

APIs, auth, push, payments and analytics wired in, with error and offline states handled.

    You get: Feature-complete build
  5. 05

    Device testing

Real devices, small screens, large screens, slow networks, permission refusals and interrupted flows.

You get: Device test matrix and fixes
  6. 06

    Store submission

Store listings prepared, builds signed, review questions answered.

You get: App live on the stores
  7. 07

    Monitor and iterate

Crash reporting and usage data reviewed after launch, then a fix-and-improve cycle.

You get: Crash dashboard + update cadence
Questions

Before you ask

Android and iOS both?

Yes — one cross-platform codebase covers both, which is normally the right call unless you need deep platform-specific hardware features.

Do we need an app at all?

Sometimes not. If your use case is occasional and content-driven, a good mobile web experience is cheaper and has no install barrier. We will say so.

Who handles the store accounts?

You own them; we set them up with you and do the submissions.

Ready to start?

Tell us the goal and the deadline. You will get a scope, a timeline and a figure.
